Practice Exercises for Dupuytren's Contracture to Maintain Mobility

Dupuytren's contracture is a slow, progressive hand deformity that can affect one or both of your hands. It can typically result in a claw-like contracture of your hand, meaning your ring and pinky are curled towards your palm. The thickening and stiffening of the tissues underneath the skin in the palm of your hand mainly cause it. The hand  exercises for Dupuytren's contracture  will help prevent and slow the progression. Here are some hand exercises that might help: Finger lifts:  In this exercise, you must place your hand flat on the table and lift one finger at a time. You can lift each of your fingers off the table and hold it up for a few seconds.
